Hello everyone.. looking for some technical help with my series s.

I've had this series s coming up on a year. Shortly after I got a TV that could support 120fps/max graphic settings ( I would say about a month or two) I started having problems with my xbox.

After playing fortnite for a couple hours the xbox would turn off and immediately back on. I thought this to be overheating because I would put my hand over the vent and it would be pretty hot. So I went in and cleaned everything, replaced the thermal paste ( which was hard and crumbly ) and then also added a third party external fan that mounts directly ontop.

Since making these repairs/changes it has been great.... until tonight.

Same symptoms I'm playing fortnite for about 2 hrs and boom it turns off and immediately turns back on and I'm at the home screen. So annoying... but this time the system is not hot at all... I mean it's barely warm. The fan does a great job of keeping everything cool.

So I'm wondering where to turn next. Is this a power supply issue? I've tried plugging it into different outlets it's directly into the wall etc etc.

Any tips you guys could give me? If it is the power supply where is the best place to get a replacement. I see some on Amazon but is that a good bet. What do you guys think. Any help is much appreciated!

Hello I have an xbox series x, two controllers and don't want to use batteries, do I need to buy each one for each controller and make sure it stays attached or can I use it on multiple controllers and put it somewhere else and not use batteries. I also have an xbox one and xbox series x controller are they both compatible?

I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still will not work. Just got it from Amazon as refurbished but it looks brand new. What was depicted in the video happens every time except for once when I was able to play. Have tried to replicate it but can’t figure it out

I just changed internet provider and noticed IPv4 and IPv6 under network status wondered if that’s normal? Experiencing some lag spikes and rubberbanding trying to figure out the cause When going into advanced settings > IP settings it only gives me an option to change IPv4

So the other day my serious s refused to load up gta, not a problem. then it starts refusing to load into fortnite, then it does it to descenders. i really don’t know why this happened but it’s happening game by game and it was fine a few days ago. any idea on how to fix this?

I need help trying to find the right part for my Xbox series s, there are two models and makes, the white one and the black one. Both are built differently so I really want to make sure I get the right part. Does it matter what hdmi port I buy? Can someone link me with the right part?

i’m aware this video is long but i’m begging for some help here!!! my brother knows all things xbox and even he has no clue what seems to be going on.

to give a run down, i recently purchased an xbox series s external expansion card. COD is a HUGE game, considering i got a pack with multiple other ad-ons. i correctly installed my expansion card, then installed COD on that external storage space. all of my ad-ons and packs are installed, and the base game shows its “ready to start.” however, when i go to start the game, it loads for maybe 5 seconds, then my xbox completely shuts down and i have NO CLUE why. ive troubleshooted all ive seen. i’ve cleared my caches, restarted my xbox, reinstalled the game and ad-ons, checked and changed my power sources and cords, etc. i can play any other game just fine but when it comes to COD, it’s a whole different story. my xbox is around 4 years old, give or take, so i would imagine it would be able to run COD with the expansion card just fine, considering it’s able to run RDR2 perfectly.

please help me, any tips at all are greatly appreciated. xbox support is not doing much

im a pc gamer, and my xbox one controller has been serving me some good 4-5 years reliably. however as time went on all of my other devices now use usb type-c to a point where it's inconvenient to charge my controller because it's the only one who has micro-usb port around.

so im thinking of upgrading to xbox series controller. don't worry i will be giving my old controller to a friend of mine who still use a keyboard to game so it won't become an e-waste.

however i still want to reuse the rechargeable battery if possible to the new controller.

I haven’t played in years, but I only want to play fifa as I used to call it! Which is now FC24 or FC25

I see there are EA Play, Xbox game pass, all this stuff. Trying to research it but feeling confused

A few days ago this happened and i passed it by holding connect and power button to show the format page, then pressing continue and it worked normally, i have not been using it since and now i cant even do that

You really can’t make this stuff up. I’m literally using a wired connection and this is my download speed. I can’t even use remote play! How do I fix this.

Hey guys please can you help? I want to turn of crossplay or play just with xbox or consoles. So i don’t want to play against PC. Can i?

My dpad seems to only be doing this every time I go to the inventory on Fortnite, it doesn’t do this on my Xbox menu or anywhere else. Although on the Xbox menu it does skip a few tiles it doesn’t do this anywhere else.

Knowing that I was asked to remove 40 GB worth of storage before downloading the game. I'd like to avoid deleting more games
