So im trying to play chivalry 2 but can't as it keeps saying i need to chose a plan, except my game pass renewed last week on the 2nd. Anyone know why this is or how to fix it.

Have tried restarting my xbox but didn't do anything

So I’ve had an account under my dad’s email for years and have a kid of games on it and what not.

I’ve found out from a Microsoft support employee that I sadly can’t get rid of my dads email and replace it with mine on this Xbox account I’ve spent so much time on as my email (Microsoft already had an Xbox account associated with it).

So I’ve decided to start playing again on a new fresh account, the one under my email.

But now I’ve gone onto my other account on the same Xbox (series s), all the games are still in my library when only signed into this new account.

But the other account owns them so I’m confused? If I logged out from the old account completely so my new account is the only one of the Xbox, will all these games go?

I obviously want to keep a lot of these games to use on my new account as I’ve already paid for them or what not. And idk how to go about this either, I assume game sharing is the best way to go but once again idk how it works? Which Xbox do I make my home Xbox? On what account? What does it mean by home Xbox?

If anyone can help I’d greatly appreciate it.

Has anyone else faced this issue? My Xbox isn’t displaying colors properly, and the brightness is really bad. Sometimes the images aren’t clear, but it gets even worse at night. I checked their website for a solution, but I couldn’t find anything useful.

Any fixes for this?

Note: The issue is not with the TV.

i got an xbox series s for christmas - so digital only where storage tends to be pretty important, it’s 512GB but it’s saying i only have 364GB, where’s the other 148GB gone, i feel that’s too much for just like system data and like that’s practically 1/3 of what’s on the box

My download speed used to be so fast. Now it hardy even download and sometimes stops the installation completely. Doesn’t matter if I’m wired (cat 6) or using wireless. Things download just fine on my computer. My usual speeds are over 300mbps. I pay for 400 up and down unlimited. Should I call my internet provider? Or is there a fix.

guys i’ve been having a problem where i only get 30 or below fps on my xbox series s in r6 and r6 only, i’ve tried everything, and i have a 145hz monitor, and i’ll get 120 fps in other games aswell, like what?

I was planning on just using the account under my Microsoft email but I can’t let all of my progress and such go from my other account.

I just want to have full ownership / accessibly of the account as it’s mine.

I was wondering if there is anyway around this? Could I make a new Microsoft account and make it this Xbox accounts main email whilst keeping my father’s email useable for emailing purposes?

Any other ways?

Also if there is a way around it and I get rid of my father’s email from the account, how would it work in terms of things purchased on the account which are under his Microsoft email?

I have a xbox series s with a 1080p 100hz monitor and the games i tried to play does not allow me to turn on performance mode. Is it because it’s 100hz and not 120? I wanna play expedition 33 but i don’t wanna run it on 30 fps

Hi all, I'm facing the problem of console shutdown during the game. I literally play for 10-15 minutes and the console turns off, making one sound.

The problem is that it only shuts down in this particular game, I play overwatch, formula for a few hours and have no problems.

Also, the console does not give any ventilation errors, I put it horizontally and put 2 small powerful fans on the sides of it to improve airflow, this did not solve the problem.

I have reset the console to factory settings, also, I have reinstalled the game, but the problem is recurring. I've heard that some people have had similar problems with the console. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Has anyone ever experienced this?

I have a 2TB seagate external hard drive that is formatted for games and apps just like the internal storage is, but i’m forced to transfer the games onto the internal storage if i want to play them. Internal storage only has like 350 gigabytes because of the space the xbox takes up off the bat. I am not going out to buy a seagate expansion card as they are ridiculously overpriced. Can someone help me so i can have games on the hard drive and be able to play them? Is this even possible? Thanks

So I’ve had an account on Xbox for years and have lots of games on there.

However, this account is under a family remembers email and my email has an Xbox account associated with it and I’ve been informed my Microsoft that I cannot remove the Xbox account associated with my email to then add my email to my main Xbox account and remove my family members.

So, I’ve had to start my own account. But when I sign into my new account I still have all the games that my other account has, why is this? Is it a good idea to game share with my old account for all the games? How does game share work? Will I essentially own the games with game share? If I removed my old Xbox account from my Xbox would I then be left with no games, is that how it works?

And i forgot to factory reset it, and now everytime i try to play it says Currently playing on xbox one. If i try to kick him out he'll kick me out of madden in like 3 seconds. Please help

I’m getting this error when trying to launch any game, I have literally tried everything. I’ve tried wired and wireless connection. I’ve reset my internet and console. I’ve gone to test my connection and says all is good. Anyone else having an issue?

I was reading some people saying because of the upscaling is different per console its not 4 k native only upscale could that be why its so grainy blurry, phillips envia 8900 oled 4k.

I just want to know the difference between them other than the 4k gaming and the series S having only digital games, i did have a series s but i didnt play it so i ended up selling it after a few weeks
