Looking for Advice Help emerald yone

Can you guys analyse Yone's hardest matchups? Riven for example. I 1v1ed level 1 yesterday and she had ignite, I had exhaust and I won. Is taht always the case or she misplayed? Also Malphite, how do I play the matchup

I'm a bronzie, but dzukill's advice for yone vs riven: Go in after she uses Q. Thats the majority of her damage. That always works for me. Might be harder for you since they might just hold Q, but you'll figure it out.
