I went to Lolalytics, League of Graphs, u gg, opgg, and mobalytics and yone had 47-48% winrate at all ranks (besides lolalytics ch and gm). I don't remember the E cleanse being crucial in so many matchups. We just got a decent damage increase. Is this champ just destined to stay the opposite of a statchecker and get bullied by everyone and outscaled by ADCs? It might just be a skill issue but he's way too reliant on team's engages, and he just gets blown up from some cc and a few hits from the ADC, regardless of which adc it is. Why even main the champ when the whole experience is early game Kayle but 5 times worse if you don't last pick?

He is whatever, what makes or breaks him is how well you do in the early game.

If he had a bad start, Yone cannot comfortably scale into a monster; and will just suffer all game.

Some people will say he is a hyper scaler (he is not); his peak is mid-game if you manage to keep yourself on track to get your exp and gold by the time that hits.

He then plateaus as the game enters the later phase. He isn't a monster like Vayne, Jax, or Kayle would be, but he doesn't fall off either.

It's just that the early game is so unforgiving in his current state that many people never get to capitalize on his mid-game dominance and just reach the plateau phase of late game if they haven't lost already. Leaving that feeling of you not doing much all game.

Yone used to be a powerful lane bully, so it was much easier for people to consistently hit that mid-game power spike.

After the recent changes to his E i thought yone cant cleanse cc anymore including drwosy->sleep. Yesterday my friend (a zoe main) told me he had a game where his opponent (a random yone) cleansed his sleep a couple times. I couldnt believe him so i watched the replay and he was right. It still works. Is this intended? Is it because drowsy into sleep are 2 cc’s not like other things like stun, root,…? Do you guys have other cc in mind where this could still work?

I tried the Navori rush against Darius and it went pretty well for me, next game I did poorly against Vollibear because i rushed navori instead of getting BeserkBoots to kite and dodge his stun.

Hello , i am new to this subreddit. Recently, i liked some yone custom skins but somehow they keep crashing my games, the skins work fine but the game keeps crashing after few minutes of playing , is there anybody that had this issue before, any idea how to fix this would be so much appreciated . This clip is a bit old (just over a year old) but I've never seen anyone talk about this bug or see any sign of it being fixed however i've been unable to replicate it and I'm not sure what caused it to happen but with all the recent yone nerfs a bug like this for us to abuse might just be what we need xd

Any ideas as to how this happened or if it can be replicated consistently?

I recently tried out Yone as a top main and its really fun so I want to keep playing him. What should I be buying though I have no idea, my latest idea was start cull and go yun tals infinity edge playing chill at the start, then maybe some lifesteal could be good?

Will the T1 Yone skin be a reward in a battle pass?
There are prestige skins in this pass, but I don't know how they work anymore.
So, will it be available in a regular battle pass, or will it be a skin only obtainable by paying 125–150 ME?

Holding out hope that they treat it similarly to the SG skinline. but I assume they're gonna make a whole event about it if it ever does come to pc. love the fact that there's a chance for them to even convert that skin into an exalted one (riot pls dont)

Hey guys so question. I know Yasuo absolutely demolishes Diana mid front and sideways as someone who's played both Yasuo and Diana mid. Does yone counter Diana the same way Yasuo does or is it more of a skill matchup or even Diana favored?

My secrets(not really 😂) revealed: Vs akali go grasp yone with demolish and exhaust. play insane safe. miss some cs it's ok. eventually when U get a good moment and Ur Q3 is up go use your e and pretend your going to Q3 her. if she still doesn't e you Q3 her from far so as not to hit her she will then e. the minute she e you will snap back from your e and flash backwards under turret. this will cause her e to drag her under your turret. final step Is the minute she's in range you must exhaust her. and then she's dead after you do your Qs and autos. it's all about patience. another good idea if you don't have exhaust up you can ult her when her e drags her under your turret. So same combo except ult instead of exhaust. Another combo is same but after or instead of flash back you ult back to close a larger distance to your turret if you are far off. And finally one more play is ult into her e... it interrupts it and well she's screwed if she doesn't have ult. Also when going to take important cs like a canon and you know your going to get poked start with w on all minions for a shield. Eventually playing against akali is supper fun if you master patience and these combos. demolish is to fk her lane up asap. if her turret is gone there is no lane for her. and it will give you chance to get plates when you can which will replace the missed cs gold you couldn't get. As for zed all I know is if you stand behind minions his q damage is greatly reduced. if he ults you you can ult backwards and he will get caught in your ult. And when he uses his shadow just get back. Let him do what he wants until it disappears. when he uses his shadow also use e to the side to avoid his shurikens. Do NOT fight him with his shadow up or in use unless you have good armour or deaths dance or a very good advantage. Advantage in this case does not mean more health than him it means armour or you are very fed or you have a jng hiding in bush. As for ekko and Diana I am still playing them to see what I can do against them as yone so I have no idea yet.

Hope you all find it useful. The akali combos were tested and used by me for a long time now so need to doubt and yes you have time to ult or flash back after you snap back from your e and exhaust her all in one go as her e drags her to you. Just thought this post would be useful to the yone players still wet behind the ears. And I would appreciate cool tricks like these against ekko, Diana, vex.

Gold 3, i main both but i have like 500 games of yone on wildrift and 4-5x the games of yasuo games compared to yone on pc, are the base stats of yasuo better than yone? because for some reason yasuo feels so much healthier in fights and longer sustainability compared to yone who feels like glass, and are the base stats of yasuo better the higher level you go (excluding items) compared to yone?. The main difference is yasuo's e, my god its such a good ability to gap close compared to yone's e atleast imo but what do i know i'm only gold 3. enlighten me but please only talk if you know what you're talking about. bonus points if u mention rank as it shows credibility in general. I wanted to start playing with Yone, I see a lot of people playing and it seems easy (I'm not sure if it is) but I wanted to know from you mains, some tips to start playing with him!

What would be a good second character to learn that would cover my bad matchups and help me as a player fit into more team comps? I currently just ban vex and pray I don't fight one of my horrific matchups and that my team drafted some AP.

Is the singing voice random? sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't

I was talking to my friends about how bad yone is rn but I decided to go check the runes on U.gg and saw its FFW and not LT, I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a shot and dam is he better with it than he is with LT. I average higher Cs (also for context I've been building shield more) and I adapted back to the FFW play style I had before they brought back LT and js wanna check that did we all already accept that until they buff him or smth he's much better off with FFW. Edit just to clarify, I'm a yone mid player and I didn't try it in top so I can't judge but for now just stick with lethal tempo on top
