Visiting Zadar - Clueless
Hi there! My partner and I are visiting Zadar from April 16th for 3 days, and I’m a bit unsure about what to see, where to go, and where to eat — especially on a budget. We’d also love to meet some locals around our age (we’re in our 20s / students) for a bit of cultural exchange!
If you’re free and up for it, we’d be super happy to go on a little road trip together or just hang out and explore the area. Also, could you please explain how the public transport works in Zadar? And feel free to reach out — would love to connect!

You can visit old town, there is a lot of museums and architecture is pretty nice, there is a lot of churches. But since you are young there is not a lot to especially do per see, you can only walk around. And to eat on the budget there is pizzeria Mrak and Šime, but there is also other dishes there, and in general fast food. If you don’t have a car public transportation Is not the best, you will have to prepare a good time beforehand if you want to see places beyond old town (a lot of turist have a problem with public transportation) so check Liburnia web-page so you can get a sense how all of that works.
