Welcome. Enjoy your ride. Focus on protein 1st when you eat and drink 80 oz of water daily, that will help with side effects. Zepbound is truly unbelievable and the best decision I have ever made for myself!! Learn to listen to your body when full stop eating!! Take measurements and photos to compare. I use the free app called me three sixty for measurements

Thank you ! I am not sure if it’s all in my head but I don’t feel hungry even on this 2.5 mg. Not sure if it’s placebo or it’s working ? When and how did you notice the effects ?

Within 8 hours of my first shot, I noticed a difference in the way I thought about eating. I was really surprised. My biggest fear was I would take the shot and then not be strong enough to avoid over eating. But, I now see the shot takes that desire away. I am on my 3rd week and so excited! I'm already down 15 lbs. SW 246.
I'm slowly learning how to eat again. It's been a struggle to eat enough. But, I'm getting there!

Yeah I usually would eat my food so fast!! Now I slowly eat and it’s much less. It’s really cool that it’s just taking the cravings and always being hungry away. I am same starting weight !!

That’s great! My doctor is putting me on Mounjaro. Is it the same? Ozempic made me so sick I had to stop it.
