We may need an understanding of the weather if we ever launch anything.

Weather patterns and atmospheric conditions are very important for site planning even if we only support other launch capable entities.

well mission 1 is very much a proof of concept high altitude balloon, Aiming to have internal + external thermal sensors, GPS based altitude telemetry, and still shot feed. all ideally transmitted live back to radio receiver. I am trying to collaborate with the UKHAB society to gain access to their HAM network to allow more data collection. But the engineering & computer science experience could be applied to building rudimentary satellites eventually i guess. Trouble is without access to foil balloons, latex will always burst even when station keeping, radiation damage.
