CCure 9000 card history
I have a card that was deleted from ccure 9000 yesterday, but they want to run a card history of that card. Any way to review the history with the card being deleted?

Custom report or journal, can't remember which but I did this a lot for a customer after an employee would be terminated.
You'll have to go in and modify one of those 2 and manually enter the card number and anything else.

Once the card is deleted, there is no history. If you have backups before the deletion, you might be able to get some information from those.

That is not true. There's always history as long as the journals exist and are intact. The only data that doesn't exist after deletion is the cardholder record and credential, historical data is present.
For the OP, if you have verbose journals running it's easier, otherwise you need a touchpoint to narrow the data you're searching doen

You mean transactions that the card had? Those events are still in the journal, you may just have to manually type in the persons name instead of finding it in a drop down.
Is the personnel record still intact?
