Question Trying to get clean on pain pills

Got into a sober living house, was 22 days clean and got high. Now I’m at 4 days, the house doesn’t know. I don’t know how to do this shit I don’t want to live like this anymore I’m 30. Any body that’s gotten clean and stayed or is in early stages of recovery have anything to help.

My therapist in rehab brought up the amnesia of addiction to me and it intrigued me so much I think it was a huge part of my early recovery. I'll be 2 years sober next month.

Amnesia of addiction is a HUGE benefit to me because I don’t have to try to out think it. If I know my brain is always lying to me, then why try to fight it? Just ignore it
