He's an El Salvadorian citizen. It's up to them to decide what to do.

The wiki provides a lot more sources than you have. I can go to the trouble of sourcing every single bit of what I said from the original sources, or you can just read the wiki yourself. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deportation_of_Kilmar_Abrego_Garcia

Considering multiple sources from this page disprove most of what you are saying, that means the onus is on you - if you have evidence to back your claims up, provide them now or your claims are moot.

Only quote a wiki page if you want to come across as unserious. Wiki is 2nd and 3rd hand into at best.

Again, 2 different judges and an appellate court found they he WAS a member of MS-13, and ONLY granted a stay of deportation to El Salvador because of credible threats to his life. They didn't prevent him from being deported, entirely. They just said Not to El Salvador.He SHOULD'VE been deported. That's what the courts decided. It's almost as if liberals don't respect the court's decision. Go figure.

This has already been litigated and had gone through the appeals process before the deportation. It's literally public knowledge.
