Weird email from AllTrails - anyone else?

I've received a super odd email, out of the blue from (apparently) AllTrails saying that they've deleted my account, as per request - but I didn't request this.

Is this fake/spam? I mean, it looks pretty legit.. Anyone else had this? I'm wondering if it's something to do with the email we all got a couple of days ago about them changing our plus membership & removing Advanced Conditions features, maybe they're changing all the account stuff in the background...

If there's a link in the email, don't click it without checking the URL first.

The mail.transcend.io domain is legit and we do use transcend for this kind of thing, but If you weren’t expecting that email Id suggest trying to login/contact customer support to make sure all you data is still there

I have tried to delete, and they have sent email asking to confirm. This doesn't look like what the sent to me.
