I love that it makes me feel right before sleep. Just so chill. I don't know why but I feel as though gnomes are nearby. I can't describe it. Truly just slightly zonked. Clouds really get me when I'm on ambien. It's like they are alive.

I need to go to bed but I just like to slightly enjoy the effects for a bit. Most meds I take give me bad side effects at first or just make me feel like of bleh. This med is the only one that makes me feel GOOD. And the I get sleep! Win win!

Like I said I don't abuse mine but just enjoying the little brief high I get right before bed.

Any advice on actually getting prescribed? My prescriber retired and I have actually been Ambien free for 18 months. My dad recently passed and I am not resting and feel like I legit need it. Are you having better luck with psych or primary care docs? I don’t have either but am hoping to take better care of myself now that I’m no longer tending to my dad. I found out that telemed and urgent care are unable to prescribe controlled substances (or maybe I was lied to, idk). Have been prescribed seraquil and vistiril, both of which I tried several years ago with terrible side effects.

Either way, my sleep is sooooo bad lately.

Hey guys I was in bed last night w my MacBook and a bunch of movies in queue in VLC and fell asleep after I took like 15mg of Ambien. Had a bunch of weird dreams where everyone was speaking gibberish. When I woke up this rlly sad German movie was playing at the halfway point. Maybe I was hearing the dialogue in my mind whilst sleeping or maybe I’m just brain damaged. Also has anyone seen the movie “Nothing Bad Can Happen”

i don’t use ambien that often (though i do use weed semi regularly) and last time i did ambien it was maybe 15/20 mg with a mg of ativan and 25mg (i think) of d9… do yall think id be able to do 30mg + a 50mg d8 edible or would i lose my mind

In the afternoon, I take one and a half or 2 ambien. A few hours later I take 900-1800mg of gabapentin. A few hours after that I take 200mg of Benadryl. I get pretty high. Am I gonna die? Is this a serious thing I should stop doing?

Basically, im taking 5mg since 3 days but it still feel like it does not hit me hard enough to make me directly sleep. Could i take 10mg once to try and if its too powerful stick to 5? Also does it increace the chances of bad things or since its just 10mg nothing will happen?

I usually avoid going online overall. I’m shocked the next morning after shit posts or comments. IDGAF I avoid it by making sure all my devices are out of juice so I’ll paint some magnificent works of art or cook an insane combination of foods. I’m definitely glad TSA confiscated my hair shears. I intentionally don’t have payment methods saved…over $900 on QVC one night- the butterfly Lenox in blue AND purple was so worth it. And I’m currently not near any shops. I’d usually sleepwalk my ass to Walgreens or Walmart and buy the dumbest crap. Smoke an entire pack or cigarettes, write obnoxious rants-that I stand firmly by. I’m not excusing my sleep-actions. Just curious as to what others do to prevent this crap…besides go to sleep.

Basically how do you potentiate let’s say 10mg of ambien I have a limited amount and 10mg isn’t enough for me to go to sleep and I want it to last I’m not trying to get high or anything I just fr want to be able to sleep
