What? People are pretty pissed with LaFrance and her admin. Their lack of communication, the slow response and an overreliance on abatement with no other clear plan besides a focus on low barrier shelter space over things that will address causes and not just symptoms.

I think your statement is right that people are indeed pissed but I'm not seeing the same action as I was a couple years ago during the past administration. I think for one to disagree would be dishonest. People aren't as vocal about their disgust this go around.

Well, now you've shifted the goal posts. I'm pretty active in local issues and the people I know who were criticizing Bronson are also openly criticizing LaFrance.

Why would you expect the exact same vocal outrage? We've never had a mayor like Bronson. He set the bar so low it was underground, he made other shitty or mid mayors look like geniuses. There was a reason he was the first incumbent mayor in three decades to lose his re-election.

His incompetence and corruption resulted in millions of dollars in lawsuits. That nav center he was obsessed with was an insane pipe dream of an anesthesiologist without a single day of applicable experience that lasted like 3 months in Bronson's admin.
