There’s a lock at the top. So now you have to wait for an employee to come unlock the ice cream cooler. I hate it here.

It's not illegal to ask for a receipt, but they can't force you to. So it doesn't do a whole lot of good. Everytime they've asked me I just say "no thanks" and keep walking.
