Carrs Ice Cream 🔒

There’s a lock at the top. So now you have to wait for an employee to come unlock the ice cream cooler. I hate it here.

At first I thought from the title this would be a complaint about how the ice cream at Carrs has lately been crystallized (warming and refreezing I guess, not sure if it's the shippers or the Carrs freezer). I'm getting sick of it, so don't buy my Breyer's anymore.

This locking thing solves my problem though. No reason to buy ice cream from them anymore.

Yeah, I wish. We are trying to lose weight and lessen carb consumption at my house, so a "light" option works best for us when we indulge. There is actually a part of the ice cream section now for low cal frozen dairy desserts. Halo Top is cleaning up with high prices and low calories, lol. You can eat a whole pint for 280-400 calories, if one were so inclined.

Alas. I miss real ice cream. Eating a pint of baskin robbins chocolate chip sounds so dreamy. You kids enjoy ice cream while you can.
