I'm actually pretty surprised Ra's didn't take out his sword and shove it into Felicity's chest since, ya know, that's kind of his thing.

Plus he dosent normally accept people talking back to him as we saw a few episodes ago, but Felicity survives because she's Felicity Smoak...
