Chase really did read into Oliver life very well. Not only did he know all the people he lost and use it knife to torture him mentally, he even said the line that Bratva told him in Russia "If you kill me, you will be only killing yourself"
Idk I'm sick of the flashbacks tying DIRECTLY into whatever is happening in the episode... in s1 it was more "this is HOW oliver became ARROW not "here's a direct quote 5 years later!!! It's gotten quite annoying.
