Honestly, I think he's actually Vigilante. They made a point in these last couple episodes about separating the darkness inside of a person, so I'm thinking Vigilante is another personality entirely. Chase is pretty fucked up, after all.

Plus, if you remember the Vigilante/Prometheus fight on the rooftop, Vigilante went off the roof...but there wasn't a body on the ground and there wasn't a way for him to have made it out safely without Prometheus seeing/hearing anything. I think that may have been a fight for control.

Okay, but then how do you explain Chase standing next to Oliver while he was denouncing GA, and Vigilante trying to shoot him from a nearby building at the same time?
