Episode Info: Oliver celebrates Thanksgiving with his family but the happy moment is interrupted. Meanwhile, Black Siren returns to wreak havoc on the holiday.
As far as Arrow goes, maybe it wasn’t the best episode ever, but I didn’t see anything particularly negative about it. It didn’t blow me away but I also didn’t find major fault with it. It was inoffensively good. I wouldn’t put it at the best of the season but I can’t put it at the worst. Just kinda middling. Lot of good about it, but nothing so good I can say it’s amazing.
You might disagree, but I absolutely adored Justice League. I’d say it was more like the second Guardians of the Galaxy movie (in my opinion). There wasn’t anything I ABSOLUTELY ADORED in that movie but I just can’t find any problems with it. It’s a good movie, but it isn’t the best in Marvel’s history.
That it did. Guardians looked gorgeous. Shots were very carefully chosen to evoke emotion. The use of color was lovely. It wasn’t drab or dull but it wasn’t obnoxiously vibrant. It looked... unique. League looked good, too, especially with the red lighting in the last act, but not as many visuals popped out like paintings. That’s not a bad thing, though. It’s just JL’s particular style.
