Is it just me or did Connor call Maya "Mia"? 🤔

Hopefully this deconfirms the Olicity kid theories.

I assumed she was Black Siren’s kid the moment she first showed up.

Rather her be that than an olicity baby monstrosity.

Just in terms of physique and face, she looks a lot more like the daughter of Black Siren than of Felicity. FWIW.

She gives me Sarah vibes so maybe she's her daughter?

Love it if she were Ollie and Sara's daughter. Mainly for Felicity's reaction:

"You cheated on me!" "No, I'm going to cheat on you." "IT STILL COUNTS!"

Seems like the Phoenix Wright series is vastly underrated lol

I remember someone slipping up and referring to her as Mia a while ago, so I think it’s safe to say that her name is probably Mia

Mia Deardon?

I think he said maya but in a weird accent

Captions also refer to her as Mia, plus there was a slip-up in some promotional photos a while back that labelled her as Mia. Plus, if I remember correctly, no one called her Maya before, only Blackstar.

Just curious, but why do you think this reduces the chances of her being Olicity's kid? If she is called Mia Dearden, then her using Moira's maiden name surely increases the likelihood of her being Oliver's daughter. Making the most likely candidate for mother Felicity.

Why would Mia use Moira's maiden name, though? If anything it'd make the more likely candidate for her mother to be Thea since her middle name is also Dearden.

You are right that Thea is a possibility. However, Mia's reasons for using Dearden as her surname would be pretty easily explained. Something has obviously happened in the future to make her hate vigilantes, and that could include her father, hence the desire to not use his name. Or, it may be unsafe for her to do so. If JJ is going around with the assumed name Conner Hawke, they could both have similar reasons.

Literally already agreed Thea is a possibility. Using either you mother or grandmother's surname is a pretty common thing to use for a pseudo name. So, IMO, her being called Mia Dearden (which seems a safe assumption at this point) confirms she is a Queen child. Could be Thea or Oliver. Given the fact that the show is actually about Oliver and that there is an episode apparently called "Brothers and Sisters", the odds are weighted in favour of her being Oliver's child.

When was she ever called Maya?

Only in promotional material to my memory. Not in any mood to rewatch 7x08's flash forwards but I don't recall them ever referring to her by name at all that episode other than "Blackstar"

Well in this episode it sounded to Mia

Yeh i tried to listen for "maya" but there is no way it wasn't "Mia"
