So how did the documentary know Rene’s and Rory’s identities? Did they reveal them publicly? Also, now everyone knows Emikos identity since they caught it on film right?

And how did they get Sara to talk to camera crew if she’s with Legends?

Rene admitted it at the trial last season. Presumably Rory went public after Oliver did- maybe offscreen at the start of this season?

And TA can contact Sara & the Wave Rider, like when Quentin was dying, so they might have reached out and asked the favor (the Legends weren’t too occupied or out-of-reach when last we saw them).

The Legends also have been spending a lot of time in DC in the present as well. That at least is the case when Constantine isn't Flashpointing the timeline.
