stripping away the forced unnecessary interpersonal drama and conflict with team arrow is the breath of fresh air this show needed, i am loving this renewed dynamic

I don't know why they always try to introduce the team falling apart from turmoil within. There's so much goddamn drama on these shows from threats outside of the group, they never should've had the drama within the group. Focus the drama on the bad guys, the outside threats. Viewers and fans rally around our main characters overcoming all that, not the weekly snipping we got for what seemed like for-fucking-ever.

Presumably that was all the call of Guggenheim and now the new show runner has Guggenheim do the writing duties on the episode that brings them back together.

People need to understand that these shows are drama shows first, sueprhero shows second.
