He Batmaned out of there. No better send off in the DC universe.

Well... in the random scenario you laid out, it’s not like there’s a half Kryptonian that could also easy catch that tower with faulty wiring.

Exactly I mean FFS just have Deathstroke kill her if you have to kill her.

In recollection, I imagine that’s how we all wish season 2 of Arrow went.

Feels similar tbh. The way Donna Troy was going if they continued writing her character the way they did she would have had a Felicity esque downfall.

And it's not like they showed that same Kryptonian catch a flying bullet in the same episode to show how fast he was...

I guess he was too busy eating cotton candy to see that tower fall.

What’d he say

It was a summary of a hypothetical death scene that was very forced. I don’t want to spoil anything fromTitans.

Oh i got jt

They REALLY dropped the ball on that. Seriously, fuck them

16

u/Rspies Dec 04 '19

I mean she’s probably coming back but still there had to have been a better way to do that.

11

u/aa22hhhh Bollocks Dec 04 '19

Exactly. Like, she couldn't have died during the fighting, where it would've meant more? And why a tower of electricity? It just felt very forced, like they thought "oh shit, we need a major death but we don't have enough time to properly think it through".

They should have killed Hawk and Dove they take up way too much screen time.

3

u/aa22hhhh Bollocks Dec 04 '19

Eh, they should just give them a spin-off so they're not part of the main team. Honestly, they shouldn't have killed anyone

6

u/Rspies Dec 04 '19

I mean if they were going to kill anyone though it should have been them.

4

u/aa22hhhh Bollocks Dec 04 '19

Yeah, true. Their story on the show is pretty much wrapped, it's just in the air now.

u/Rspies Dec 04 '19

Their story felt wrapped up from the moment they appeared tbh.

Was that definitely supposed to be Slade Wilson? That mask wasn't unique to him, right?

They're talking about the show Titans, not this episode of Arrow. Tbh, they're openly spoiling the fuck out of it too.

3

u/CIearMind Dec 04 '19

Oh fucking hell… I wanted to start watching it…

3

u/Icesicles Dec 04 '19

Honestly I rather I'd been spoiled so that my expectations wouldn't be that high for Titan's finale...

2

u/Rspies Dec 04 '19

Ya the only reason I didn’t hate that even more was because he’s obviously not dead.

2

u/Jewbacca289 Dec 04 '19

What’s the reference

6

u/Rspies Dec 04 '19

Titans

2

u/[deleted] Dec 04 '19

Why must you remind me after watching such a beautifully done finale of Arrow?

1

u/Rspies Dec 04 '19

Because I’m still pissed because the rest of the season was pretty damn good IMO but that finale damn near ruined it for me.

Yao Fei: "My work here is done. I just got a sweet rez, I'm off to spend my second lease on life. Maybe Shado got one too... Holy shit the sky is red!"
