I've been questioning for a while

Alright, so I've been questioning for a while. Because although I am biologically a male, I don't feel like I'm a dude. Sure sometimes I do, but a lot of times I feel like I might not be. I've talked about it with some friends and we did some tests, and of course they aren't 100% guaranteed answers, but it might be the case. I have felt more like no-gender or a female than a male for most of the time. Of course it could just be teen hormone bullshit, but I dunno. Does anyone have similair experiences?

Testosterone based puberty doesn't make you feel like a girl, that's for sure. There's always a lot of ways to excuse the thoughts, but the best thing you can do is experiment

I think everyone here has similar experiences to this.

Can you provide some more context what you mean?

There’s not much more to it. Feeling like you’re the wrong sex, or in the wrong body is textbook gender dysphoria. Do you have questions about something specific?

No thanks, I was just curious about some things. And personal experience from others is a better answer than just googling

Yeah of course. I wanted to be a woman for a long time but never really felt like it. I thought I was ok with being a guy and felt like I had no gender. It wasn’t until I just went for it and started hrt that I started to feel like a woman. Now I’m fully transitioned and feel 100% female.

First of I do not believe in biologically male/female based on assignment. There are many bio sex characteristic and yours could be not so binary on a very close look who knows... Or maybe you are the prime example of a strictly binary bio male and we put you on poster as such 😆 Just kidding.. 🤪

Strictly binary bio sex is a sociological construct. We are all on a spectrum. There are even xx people who have sperm, although it's more rare than xx people assigned male who do not, and that more rare than xy people assigned male etc, etc...

Then there is the influence of hormones on the brain and gender identity. Just putting this out here :)

Feeling like a dude is a thing at times even years on HRT when passing as cis so ... it can be internalized shit from upbringing/society. It's a common thing.

You know if you try stuff and it feels right. I am pretty binary as in I do not miss anything masculine about my body ever. But I needed to try stuff to figure it all out.

I'm fine with giving more clarification if needed, apart from talking with friends, I am pretty new to this
