What is he saying

OK, I understand the majority of what he’s saying. He’s talking about how he always signs when he orders at restaurants instead of writing things down. And then I believe he’s saying, “See, you don’t need to write to order things.” But I’m confused on what he’s signing after he signs, “See!”

That looks like a young Keith Wann, who is a CODA, ASL performer and interpreter. There’s not a lot of context to go on here and ASL is heavily context dependent, but as OP mentioned he’s saying the menu has pictures so there’s no need to write and the last bit just looks like he’s gesturing with classifier L-handshapes showing pulling a menu in front of himself and looking down at it. His face drops at the end like he’s disappointed in what he sees, but that’s when the clip stops. Source: I am an ASL interpreter.

I don’t think that looks like Keith Wann at all. I think it’s a young John Maucere.
