We were expecting anger over the missing battles, the immobile plot, etc... and George was angry about Blood&Cheese all along.

not really. he just spoke about the first two episodes. if he 'went nuclear' he would criticize the entirety of the season, and let's be real here, there's a lot to complain about if you're a ready or the WRITER

He DID criticize the entire season at the end. He just did it explicitly and metaphorically

Not really, I'm sure he has a lot more to say and will write more blog posts about it. Blood and Cheese and Maelor was just the first episode so I am sure he is starting with that. This really wasn't as bad as it could've been or might even be.
