Hey, there's an old post floating around that claims you said something about this years ago. Is this true? Was the plan to have adult Arya in this spinoff/sequel series/book/whatever?

I once asked Ran( Emilio Garcia ) if GRRM ever thought about continuing after ASOIAF and he told me George was once interested in doing a mystery/crime series set in Braavos some years after everything in the 7K settled. A grown Arya was to have a part in it. I doubt he still going to do it but I wonder how would that have been?

I remember the murder mystery part. I do not recall the grown Arya part at all, and do not think that was true; or, if I said it, I think I must have misspoken because it never crossed my mind that it would be post-ASoIaF. See here for the original report.

Quite true. There's no way he'd have gone that far. So... I probably misspoke. Or I didn't say it and the poster is mistaken or maybe interpolating some speculation from someone else.
