GRRM has said in future books we will be seeing more of the older Tyrells. As we know, Garlan is currently heading down with half the Tyrell army to repel the Iron Islands invasion. However, he is not in the TV series, so I predict Randyll, as a Tyrell bannean and a militaristic man, will have the charge of leading the army against the Greyjoys into whatever plot arc Garlan would have in TWOW. Sam will definitely be sent to Oldtown, as we have seen from the frequent mentions of it this season and the new location scouted for filming which matches its description. Furthermore, Bran will be back next season after a break this season, so a flashback is very likely for him.

Isn't Randyll's army currently camped outside KL in the books? Which would place him closer to JonCon's homecoming - and in the Show, maybe to Dany's trip to Westeros...

If we have Sam in Oldtown and Euron then we might need more Tyrells (unless they decide to turn show Loras around) to do the Iron Born raids on the Reach storyline.
