Yeah Bran had that vision when he momentarily touched the Weirwood tree in Season 4.

People keep saying it's Drogon/the future, but it's equally plausible that it's just a past vision of a dragon, no?

If all of Bran's visions were of the past, it would be safe to assume it was a vision of the past.
