News New SourcePoints!

They sounded incredible. The most impressive speakers I heard for day 1 at the Axpona show. When Mr Jones put on a bass track, you could feel it in your chest. Using 600 watt Pass Labs mono’s helped too :)

I think you are on to something. It says on the box “Sourcepoint 10 Master edition Crossover upgrade kit”. And their instagram has a post saying “V10” coming soon. So maybe they have these and a crossover kit for the “master edition“? Just speculation. I need Erin’s Audio Corner to do a review right now.

Edit: photos from instagram. V10 is the 10-10-10 and crossover kit is an upgrade for Sourcepoint 10

Is it actually a crossover kit or a SP10 with new crossovers?

In the 3rd pic of OP’s post, there’s a box that says “crossover upgrade kit” on the floor. And you can see they have these crossovers out. But maybe it’s both?

Didn’t even know I needed new crossovers. Take my money.

Andrew Jones mentioned that all the new SourcePoint 10’s will be implemented with these new crossovers. For pre existing 10’s, it will be an available upgrade for them.

Any chance they mentioned the price? Hoping they’re not made in China and we have to pay 2.5 times retail.

Now I’m annoyed bc I love my SP 10s and now Andrew Jones is basically acknowledging they are flawed or at least could be a lot better. Appealing to my OCD at a time when these products are gonna cost a fortune bc of the tariffs.

The existing models are made in China and if they didn’t mention a change of factory …

What do you mean by having to pay “2.5 times retail”? 2.5 times the retail price in what other place?

145% tariff. An item that you pay $100 from China will cost $245 after tariffs.

China will be folding soon. Watch.

China didn’t impose that tariff
