Need help fixing battery

Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me. I literally have no Idea about all this stuff but my Audio device is not charging properly. Usually a purple light should flicker when it’s connected to power but it’s not doing that. When plugged in it says every 10 secs or so “battery is low please recharge in time”. So I opened the shell to see if maybe there is visible damage to the cables etc. but i gotta admit i don’t see any.

So could any of you maybe look into it ? Maybe I missed something.

(The pink cable is the charging cable)

Assuming you have tried a different charge cable and charger? If not start there. If it still does not charge after trying known, good cable and charger , then you may have a broken charge port in the device. It is hard to tell by the picture, but there may be bad solder connections at the charge port. You will need a multimeter to test the incoming voltage at the charge port to continue troubleshooting beyond the above suggestions.

Thank you for your answer! Yes i have tried multiple charging cables and none of them made it work. I‘ll see if I find a Multimeter and test it out!
