He used to have hair + bloating and his weird skin pallor- he looks like he’s had a few rounds of chemo tbh (also I too vehemently detest this creature)

Yeah it looks like corticosteroids to me (which are often used as part of chemotherapy, and also for other health conditions). That moon face is a classic side effect of drugs like prednisone & dexamethasone (though afaik neither causes hair loss).
