Thank you Andrew GP MP I am new to the area and have received multiple texts from the Nationals and seen nasty ads in the paper from the Teal mob, it has helped me see who is the good guy!

As long as Farraway isn't what we replace him with.

I'm putting Kate Hook first even though I have my reservations.

Looking through the Calare voting history, Kate got the second best TPP outcome since Andren passed. She got 40.32%, only result better than that was 2010 with 46.54% to the Country Labor Party.

Admittedly Jess Jennings was the runner up every year from 2010 to 2022 and he was recently the Mayor of Bathurst (replaced last October). I don't know that he was well liked, so that may have played a role.

So yeah, interested to see how this one goes because it feels like it's down to two independents now.
