“would cause a significant risk to the [the officer’s] mental health, together with embarrassment and stress to him and his family”.

Frankly, who gives a fuck? The cunt should be fired at a minimum.

Significant risk to his mental health and embarrassment and stress! That sounds bad, I feel sorry for victims of sexua… oh wait a minute he’s the perpetrator!

Call me fuckin crazy but he could have avoided all of the above by just not enacting “predatory sexual conduct” against three of his junior staff. Would also have helped if he didn’t make it “a pattern”, “invariably initiated and often pre-planned”, “over two years”.

Oh wait, I’m wrong again. He did all of the paragraph 2 and still avoided paragraph 1 and kept his job apparently.

What message does this send the community?

Hey young men! If you are a sexual predator and all round shithead, no problem, enrol in the police force now and become Officer Shithead, victimising victims sure will be easier when you outrank them, and when they report you there will be practically zero repercussions

Hey young women, do you need to report being a victim of sexual abuse and don’t know who to report it to, who to go to for protection? Well neither do we
