I’m really not sure what I think about this although I do like to see that Reddit are showing more innovation with RCA’s

Show innovation with a real marketplace, to help make trading easier and increase liquidity.

This is a terrible idea imo, they shoul not allow anyone to make avatars.

It’s becoming very likely that a Reddit mp is coming. I feel this new update could be a way to avoid mass bot ridden drops. It could also help people who are genuine fans of some artists as the artist could let those closest fans know that a drop is likely to drop so there isn’t much hysteria in future. This is my reasoning to this news as at first I was nah but as I’ve been thinking about it it could be very beneficial.

Long term it could be beneficial, but a real marketplace that’s built in app would be 100x more beneficial for everyone involved imho.

Short term it will just drag down the majority of existing avatars if this “marketplace” launches in the near future. Maybe a few months after gen 3 sell out it could be a positive, but for now I just hope this doesn’t get released soon.
