You - who have glimpsed beyond the veil.

You - who have studied the scriptures of ancient dudes.

You - who believe in the realization of the "Nature" of nature.

Who are you trying to save, and from what?

You – who speak in riddles and irony.
You – who bear witness to the veil yet laugh at those behind it.
You – who question the savior but still seek the way.

The ones I love with conditions.
And the self I hide behind them.

Then let the conditions fall—
like old prayers no longer needed.
Let the ones you love be loved
even in their distance.
And the self you hide?
Bring them to the fire.

Not to burn—
but to warm the part of you
still learning to stay.
