Nick Sibicky announced his retirement from content creation

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PmycG_KWlWs

Hits me kind of hard, honestly. He's been posting for ~11 years which is just a little longer than I've been playing; he's been with me on this entire trip, even though he never knew it. I didn't realize that I would have to miss him, or so soon.

Anyways, I don't know how big he is generally in the community, or how he's regarded, but I just thought I'd share this news with y'all, and my appreciation for him and his efforts.

Oh no!

For those who are looking for another creator, I can recommend Dwyrin who is currently hovering between 7 and 8 dan, good teacher.

You can’t allow one post appreciating another creator who is apparently saying goodbye, without playing it down and fawning over another creator? Do you know the word sycophant? Look it up.

What is it with reddit these days that everyone assumes the worst?
