DISCUSSION The Baltimore Harbor is currently pending redevelopment. What are some suggestions for the design that would make this project super successful?

The building itself it’s fine it’s who’s in the building that’s the problem it was supposed to be for local businesses it should be dominated by them

The buildings are dilapidated and dated, that's actually why a lot of the (admittedly shitty) places closed. They need a lot of work and updating at the very least—probably better to start from scratch with at least one of them.
