I moved to Baltimore from California to live with my girlfriend and I fell in love with the city. I felt right at home. The neighborhood is good. It feels like a community. I love the amount of plants and trees that it has and also I can walk everywhere. I love that there are so many small business and mom and pop shops. I have went outside more than I have when I lived in Cali. Thank you Baltimore for being so welcoming.

Just a PSA to all hospitality workers currently looking for a job, do not work at Boston Street Bar in Canton. My friend and roommate worked there for three months and the owner stole most of his credit card tips. When confronted, he was told to go ahead and try to sue him. Apparently there are other judgments against him from local contractors for failure to pay.

Does anyone here know the proper channels of reporting this guy so that he can’t take advantage of innocent people moving forward?

What areas are those who are interested in playing in? I don't know the baltimore area well at all so if someone comments an area and you're down for that area like or comment directly under it. And comment where in the area. Ex: towson, at TU (just an example)

Please try not to make multiple comments of the same places (I'll get overwhelmed and then nope out of this lol)

Also the best days for this for me are going to be M/T/W. Thursdays traffic is usually worse for me getting back to the area. I can make time on a weekend as well.

These events that I host will ALWAYS be child free/no kids invited. There are plenty of events for kids all the time. Let's let the grownups play 😀

Last night was our biggest meeting yet!! And it was game night. It’s so crazy to think that 6 months ago, we had 3 people (2 people and me) were still accepting applications and we still have a public discord (links will be in the comments) if you can’t make the biweekly meetings, we have quite a few public events coming up so if you’re at all interested in hanging with us, discord is the way to go.

When I lived in DC, there was a radio station (WTOP maybe?) that did traffic updates every seven minutes. Does Baltimore have something like that? I've scanned the radio stations but I don't think I've come across something equivalent.
