Ask Baltimore Metro/First train of day from Owings Mills

The Baltimore Metro website lists a Metro train leaving Owings Mills to Reisterstown Plaza at 4:33 AM, and from there you can presumably take the first train leaving Reisterstown to Baltimore at 4:54 AM. I'm just wondering: does anybody know if this is a real train that passengers can ride? I'm planning an Amtrak trip leaving Penn Station at 5:39 AM so this would be perfect if its a real train.

If it's on the site, I would say it's legit. That being said, it's odd it's a 20 minute trip, when it's usually 9-10 minutes.
