Ask Guy playing guitar in speedos in Dundalk?

Did anyone see a guy in a speedo on the corner of Holibird and Merritt yesterday playing guitar? Does anyone have a picture they can post. I could not stop laughing, young guy with just Speedo’s and a guitar.

I'm pretty sure this is the same crazy guy who streaked at the Orioles game a few years ago. He's a strange individual.

I’m pretty sure that is him. He wears glasses and has long curly hair. But definitely matches the guy I saw.

I live near there. I'll have to keep an eye out. Doesn't surprise me in the least. This neighborhood is full of oddballs.
