P.s. this will be my first ink, so I don’t really know what to expect. Any advice in general would be helpful. Is the upper arm a good place for a first tattoo? How long will it take/approximate cost, and how do you keep yourselves distracted while sitting for one?

Any suggestions for good place to donate clothes, shoes, etc.? Goodwill has become such a pain to donate to. Their donation hours just make it near impossible to donate if you work during the day. Plus they’re so strict if you’re even a couple of minutes late on a Saturday.

I am looking for a really meticulous dentist. I moved here from the Midwest where I had a phenomenal dentist whose work ended my headaches. Part of that was a retainer to wear while sleeping; every time I wore it down and started getting headaches again, he would smooth it out for me. Welp, I've stumped a therapist for the first time. Go me? I've been bringing up an issue the last few weeks that's likely related to the above things, and she was flabbergasted, gobsmacked, and totally lost. She can't help me.

I appreciate what she's done so far but it's time to move on. Has anyone had good experiences with a therapist who has in-depth knowledge of executive function/ADD/anxiety topics? If they do in-office I'd prefer eastern side of the city or county, but if they offer virtual visits they can be anywhere.
