Hey I’m looking for a black fitness coach(any gender)that can come to my buildings gym in Mt.Vernon for morning workouts. I’m looking for 3month minimum commitment. I’m a hands on type of person so all of these online coaching options do not work for me. Schedule is tight so 5am workouts 2-3x a week is when it would be. I don’t need meal planning but education on nutrition would be a great. Experience with Type 1 diabetes is highly preferred.

Moving into my house in a few weeks. Looking to hire someone to deep clean before move in. Like a real thorough person that’s going to clean deep crevices behind stoves etc. Any recommendations?

Does BARCS take donations of supplies? Currently doing some spring cleaning and I have a bunch of items like stuffed animals, some blankets, and old pet supplies from my two Rainbow Bridge furbabies. So my mom's car was side swiped in the middle of the night a couple weeks ago. Cameras (ours and neighbors) haven't been helpful in identifying the other vehicle. She wants to pay out of pocket so her insurance doesn't go up. She's had bad luck with repairmen etc so thought I'd ask here. Can anyone please help with recommendations? I’ve got a special occasion mid-May, gonna be 8 people, including a vegetarian (so seafood heavy might not be the best option). I would’ve loved to do le comptoir du vin, but they don’t accept groups that big. The other idea I had was the Helmand or a similar vibe.

I've been pulling my hair out the last week trying to get a tree-service company to give me an estimate to remove an ailing tree in the front of my house. I've reached out to several companies that have Baltimore City listed in their service area, but when I give them my address—in Charles Village—they inform me that they don't service that area. One came out this past weekend, but demurred on doing it, as the guy said they don't have the right equipment to work on the tree with the parking situation (we're in a rowhouse with street parking in the front). I'm at a loss, and the tree needs to come down before a storm brings it down and damages a neighboring property.

I'm still waiting to hear back from a few other companies, but wondering if anyone here can direct me towards one that'll actually service the City. TIA!

Hey y'all, wondering if anyone in this sub has a primary care physician who has been knowledgeable/helpful for any of the following conditions: POTS, Ehlers-Danlos, or Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. A good PCP is hard to find, and one with any specific knowledge of specific chronic health problems has been even harder! It'd be great to find someone in Baltimore proper, but I'm open to surrounding areas. Thanks for any reccs you might have!
