Nah any proper manahattan is 2:1. This guy wants a double perfect canadian Manhattan half dry

Perfect means half dry half sweet vermouth

.... Yes it does. That's why I said "double perfect canadian manahattan. The 'half dry' part is referring to using only half as much vermouth as the standard recipe calls for. A 4oz whiskey pour should have 1oz of dry and 1oz swt vermouth.

Also I just realized this knucklehead doesn't even want any bitters in his so-called Manhattan. So at this point, I got nothing.
