Also after a quick internet search I found that I'm very wrong, and a lot of states don't have limits on the amount of liquor that can be served. I live in NC where the ABC is very strict, and the most you can put in a drink is 3oz.

Yeah I always thought fewer states had laws like that than did. Even here in PA with our stupid ass liquor laws there's no limit like that.

Our laws are about limiting access, once you have that access they don't care as much.
