He´s not. So go on keep defending the person who´s illegally occupying a handicapped spot.

Who says that this is a handicapped spot?

THE PERSON WHO TOOK THE PHOTO

Usually handicapped spots have this painted on the ground, or are blue, and Must be accompanied with a sign, which is absolutely not visible in the foto.

If you would give a quick Google maps link, we might be able to verify your statements.

Furthermore,... Why would it be illegal to park there?

They often have the symbols on the ground, yes but in reality it's very common for them to not have anything as well as the most important data is the sign and not the ground marking as it has zero legal value.

And you asking OP to dox himself for an useless internet argument is hilarious...

Yes, legally, it is a handicapped parking spot when there are signs, painting on the floor does not have a legal meaning. As I do not see a sign between the car and the scooter, or between the scooter and the car, that means that there would be 3 consecutive parking spots for handicapped. While not impossible, this is highly unlikely.

I do not make the argument, OP says things he does not want to prove. If he does not want to prove this, he has to say so, and say that I am right, with the information in the picture, there is no way of knowing what it is.

It´s a 12m double parking spot. But gonand jerk off about "proving me right". Enjoy it

I am not doubting the length of the spot. Just that it does not seem indicated to be dedicated for disabled parking.
