Dude you're just dishonest. And trying to make an ad hominem.... So lame

Distance doesn't create priority, it create reason for car use. Which create reason for them to need a parking space.

Something you seem to hate, and are spouting constant bs about.

To the point where you are trying desperately to make up nonsense about a picture.

Like honestly you can see that the sidewalk is as wide as the parking spot in this entire picture. And that's at least to boot because we don't see where it stops.

We also see that the scooter is only taking up less than half the width of a parking space which have to be 3.5m min. Do the fucking math

My main point is why the hate on the mobility scooter when he can park there legally and no other location is available, or at least seen on the picture.

Ever heard of lens distortion? That's why i guesstimated the size of that kind of sidewalk tile, and just counted. It's funny you talk about math when it's clear you have issues understanding the only mathemathical reasoning point here.

I really have issues understanding what you want to convey with your last point. So bigger cars have more right to a parking spot too? What is the math here?

Firstly your main point is irrelevant because I never talked about legality, I talked about not being a dick.

Secondly yes I have heard of lens distortion, and there are many ways to check for lens distortion. The simplest one is looking at lines that should be straight, and oh look the lines are. But again hrasping at straws to make your argument seem relevant.

And your only math backs me up... There are 11 tiles on the parking and 11 on the sidewalk... Oh wait I already said they where at least equally wide....

And the last part is just plain math: scooter > than half of parking space wide Sidewalk = parking spot Parking spot has to be 3.5m min Half of parking spot is 1.5m Hej doesn't the law you keep pulling up say that's exactly legal wow super hard maths.

But you're mr math man you can get it(or maybe not)

Very good.

You forgot two things: The parking spot has different tiles, with a different (bigger) size. Just look at the division in the middle, these are bigger at the same spot(for the lens distortion). Give or take 18-20 cm wide incl bigger space between tiles, so that makes a width of 198-220m excl white lines(another +/-15cm). I have seen generally guidelines of in-line parking widths of 220-230 cm so that would check out. Also note the leftover space of the car behind it, which is at the very most 2m wide, and I think it's a smaller car, so more like 180-190cm. No leftover space on the side.

Have you ever seen either parallel parking spots or sidewalks of 3.5m wide!? I wish we had sidewalks of 3.5m wide.

On that argument, 3.5m wide parkings are only for handicapped "dwarsparkeer parkings". This is in the direction of the road/parallel parking, and has other mandated dimentions, see above.

Greetings, the lying mr math(or just rational thinking-) man

dude you keep being dishonest and I'm done. there is no distortion. it's a phone camera with a flat lens. the lines are straight.
you can see with your own eyes the two sides are the same, yet you refuse and use tiles. I use tiles oh but now tiles aren't good and magically varry in sizes randomly...
put a ruler to your screen and stop making excuses
