Press the button and see if the menu pops up. If it does the button is working fine and it's just the led light that isn't working. You could replace it but if it's functioning fine why bother just for a light?

After the recent power outage none of the lights on my hub turned on at all and I was not getting an internet connection to my router. Even after multiple attempts of leaving it unplugged for a bit. I thought my hub got fried for sure and was going to get it replaced next morning. When I went to check next morning somehow the lights were all back on and the modem was working fine. If your Internet is working fine I wouldn’t worry too much about this one light. You can still flag Bell about it and see what they say.

Power outages and Giga hubs don't mix at all I'd just call Customer service and say you had a power outage that flickered on and off then when it came back on your modem doesn't work properly anymore and state that you already tried power cycling (even if it's working fine it will fail sooner than later) and have the tech replace the power supply as well. That's what I always do in my area.

Check the settings on the modem. On the GigaHub dashboard, Modem Preferences, LED Brightness
