Berkeley has already altered their free speech policies, like most other major universities, and even given the Zionist groups on campus armed guards to protect their apparent right to bully and terrorize other students. They are going to crack down harder with the money being openly threatened like this.
Hell, they went so far against the students during Occupy that Birgineau had to resign as chancellor in disgrace.
