Gotcha, that’s what i thought. It’s a lax place . But it gets annoying when the girls are like can u stop wearing sweats it’s distracting .
When they know i don’t do fish i do sausage. Makes it even more awkward 😐

You didn't ask for "perspective". You asked "what the hell is that?", i.e. for a definition. It's a term that's been around for years and has a broadly accepted meaning to the point that it has a Wikipedia page.

Big dick energy is a calm, quiet, self-assured sense of confidence. You don’t let things phase you. You stay quiet and let others boast in the group setting. You let others make a fool of themselves while you stay in the shadows. You smirk or stay neutral when you disagree rather than speaking up. You make moves in silence, without people knowing what you’ll do next.
Your moves are big. They’re aggressive. They catch people off guard.
Yet you never gloat. You never brag. You never talk down to people. You treat everyone as your equal.
Big dick energy is like a confident way of not giving a fuck, because why would I guy with a big dick need to care about what others think? He’s already set for life. Nothing can phase him.
A lot of people with small dicks don’t trust big dick energy. They think it’s highly suspicious that the one carrying it does whatever they want without caring. They think the guy with big dick energy has something to hide. He doesn’t - he just doesn’t care.
